Injection molding is an in-house Chengdu Beiji offering: design the tool, cut the tool, mold the part, overmold hardware, ship DDP with the Chengdu CNC and fab work.
Presses run 50 T to 180 T (20 machines, JSW and Sumitomo in the 100-180 T class). Mold shop has 11 CNC machines plus EDM. Typical mold cycle is 25-30 days, about 15 mold sets a month.
Precision injection molding
20 presses, 50 T to 180 T. Small and medium precision parts, multi-material molding, high-precision dimensional control.
Mold design and build
Full 3D mold design, mold-flow analysis, hot-runner systems, 1K/2K and overmolding tools. About 15 mold sets per month. Typical mold cycle 25-30 days.
Overmolding and insert molding
Hardware with rubber or plastic coating: automotive, motor, and tool parts. Insert-molded assemblies.
Engineering plastics
Experience with PEEK, PEI, PPS, LCP and other high-temperature engineering thermoplastics.
